At Zwinger von der Weidenstrasse, our dedication to excellence is not only reflected in breed shows but also in versatile competitions. We proudly hold the prestigious Triple Diamond Breeders Award from the German Shepherd Dog Federation of South Africa, signifying the highest standard of breeding excellence.
Our kennel has consistently produced progeny that excel across the board, winning Progeny Group Winner titles at the South African GSDFSA National Breed Show for five consecutive years and achieving top honours in kennel group competitions.
Weidenstrasse has distinguished itself not only in breed shows but also in working performance, producing two Universal Siegers: *Harto von der Weidenstrasse, owned by Christian Menzel (2008), and *Dexton von der Weidenstrasse (2019), owned by Hennie Kotze. These exceptional dogs have demonstrated unparalleled versatility and excellence.
Moreover, *Jaeger von der Weidenstrasse earned a Gold Medal at the South African Working Dogs Association trials for protection work in 2023. His owner, Arman Kotze, was honoured with his National colours, celebrating significant achievements in working disciplines.

Our commitment to producing champions is evident in the achievements of dogs like *Harto von Sendling, who earned top rankings of VA1 in 2000, VA2 in 2001, and VA4 in 2004, showcasing his enduring quality and superior genetics even at an advanced age.
